Mike has been an active member of FilAm of SCV for over 2 decades. Mike is married to 2 time Fil-Am of SCV President, Zenaida Justiniano. They are happily married for over 40 years. Mike is a retired Navy and Army officer and worked at a high tech company after his retirement.

Rizza was born in Quezon City, Manila, and moved to Los Angeles at the age of 5. A few years later, they settled in Santa Clarita Valley when she was 8 years old in the 3rd grade. For the past 32 years, SCV has been her home, where she completed all of my primary education and eventually returned after college.
JOE MAGLALANG

Joe has been an active member of Fil-Am Association of SCV since 2011. He's been supporting the association’s projects in logistics, including but not limited in helping in the preparation of floats for the 4th of July, Cultural events, Easter Picnic, Fil-am Christmas Party, Feeding Program.
REGINA CARPIO
Auditor
Regina is a Booking & Events Coordinator at Kaiser Permanente. She joined the company in 2015 to help the Educational Theatre department bring performance-based health programs to schools, scheduling workshops and presentations that encourage students and staff make healthy choices.
SAMANTHA YALUNG
Public Relations Officer
Samantha had the pleasure of living in Santa Clarita for the past 18 years, and she recently learned about the Filipino-American Association of SCV. As a mother of six, she has often wished for a community that embodies Filipino values and culture, filled with the joy and warmth of our heritage.
